JTEC Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to own end-to-end asset lifecycle control, from identification to end-of-life swapping, aligning procurement and licensing with data-driven decisions for DoD projects.

The role requires extensive ITAM/ITAM lifecycle experience within a DoD or federal environment, strong DoD FM knowledge, and familiarity with Advana-based workflows. Hybrid work in Northern Virginia is offered with relocation support consideration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, or Technology Lifecycle Management within a DoD/Federal environment.
• Strong understanding of DoD Financial Management (FM) and procurement processes.
• Experience working with Advana platform or similar data platforms.
• Ability to bridge techno-functional teams and DoD stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lifecycle Control & Entitlements: manage asset lifecycle, visibility into access and licensing entitlements.
• Data Product Enablement: transform legacy operations into automated workflows (Advana, ServiceNow).
• Financial & Reconciliation Alignment: end-to-end financial tracing tied to assets, contracts, and licenses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: act as a senior lead between developers/architects and DoD stakeholders.
• Data Governance & Quality: support data quality metrics and governance for financial reporting.
