Responsibilities

• Develop a strong property management team with focus on career growth and succession planning.
• Oversee operating and capital budgets, reforecasts, and variance reports, with guidance from leadership.
• Ensure rents are collected timely and delinquencies are addressed appropriately.
• Monitor tenant deposits and letters of credit for lease compliance.
• Maintain Class A standards via regular site inspections and issue resolution.
• Support leasing efforts with tours, lease review, and market-ready improvements.
• Coordinate with Kilroy Construction on tenant improvements and base building work.
• Ensure accounts payable are submitted and closed timely and review final approvals.
