• Experience negotiating lease/contract language and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for Aero Long Beach per Kilroy policies and standards.
• Lead and mentor the PM team, set expectations, and improve collaboration.
• Oversee lease administration, AR, AP, and budget tracking; support capital planning.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with engineering and service partners.
• Maintain tenant relations and manage construction coordination and tenant moves.
• Prepare reporting for leadership and ensure uniform file practices across teams.
