Responsibilities

• Analyze long-term performance and develop property-level business plans.
• Create detailed financial models to support decision-making.
• Evaluate initiatives that enhance asset value and improve NOI.
• Assess CapEx needs and implement risk-mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary asset manager for select Southern California assets.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to align strategies.
