RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, an institutional investment firm focusing on Class A Office and Retail, is seeking an Associate on their Asset Management team located in Santa Monica, CA. The Analyst will support asset value through leasing, development, redevelopment, financings, and dispositions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and 3–6 years of experience in investment banking or real estate.

RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, an institutional investment firm focusing on Class A Office and Retail, is seeking an Associate on their Asset Management team located in Santa Monica, CA. The Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to drive asset value through leasing, development, redevelopment, financings, and dispositions. The firm has offices across the country and is building their asset management presence on the west coast. The Associate will gain experience working for a “best in class” institutional firm working on transactional asset management duties with office and retail product. This position is 5 days per week in their beautiful Santa Monica office.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's in real estate, finance, business, economics, accounting, or mathematics.
• Minimum of 3-6 years of experience within an investment bank or real estate investment firm
• Experience with cash flow modeling in Excel. ARGUS preferred.
• High level of initiative, integrity, and strong work ethic.
