AMCL, a Turner & Townsend Company, is seeking a Senior Asset Management Consultant to support asset management transformation for high-profile infrastructure clients across the US. The role focuses on delivering consultancy and transformation projects, including asset information and data analytics, with opportunities to work on national initiatives.

The position is West Coast-based, with potential national project involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum of seven years of experience performing similar work with or on behalf of an infrastructure organization.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analytics and whole lifecycle cost analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VBA, etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously and under minimal direction from project teams to develop high-quality deliverables
• Critical thinker and problem solver, ability to diagnose root causes and apply knowledge and experience to solve problems creatively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts and findings into clear, concise, and accessible insights
• Strong people and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Self-starter, proactive, and takes initiative
• Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and maturity

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the delivery of asset management transformation projects for clients.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end advisory services.
• Contribute to business development and bid/write proposals.
• Track budgets and schedules, identify risks, and produce progress reports.
• Facilitate interviews and workshops, write reports, and deliver presentations.
• Develop and maintain requirements matrices and data analyses outputs.
• Guide asset management capability improvements and technology deployments.
