Job summary

AMCL, a Turner & Townsend Company, seeks a Senior Asset Management Consultant to support a range of consultancy and transformation projects for infrastructure clients across transit, power, municipal, ports, and real estate sectors.

The role is based on the West Coast with potential national project support; you will lead asset management transformations, data analytics, and implementation endeavors, delivering high-quality deliverables and engaging with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum seven years of infrastructure project experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data analytics and lifecycle cost analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VBA).
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and high emotional intelligence.
• Demonstrates maturity in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Senior Consultant within the delivery team and support the implementation of business and digital transformation projects, including asset management consultancy, asset management technology, and data and information projects.
• Lead or collaborate with the team to deliver the full lifecycle of asset management transformation projects.
• Consult with clients to improve asset management capabilities.
• Lead and manage delivery of asset management projects on time and within budget.
• Support business development, including identifying opportunities and developing proposals.
• Support project management, budgeting, scheduling, risk tracking, and reporting.
• Deliver project work, including interviews, workshops, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Facilitate as-is and to-be business process design workshops and asset management technology use-cases.
• Conduct data analyses, ETL and cleansing, and produce data quality reports.
• Develop financial models across lifecycle cost modeling and analysis.
• Produce asset management artefacts with clients and in collaboration with them.
• Contribute to leadership thinking on emerging asset management topics.
