Job summary

AMCL, part of Turner & Townsend, is recruiting a Senior Asset Management Consultant for the US team on the West Coast. You will deliver asset management transformation projects for transit, power, municipal, ports, and real estate sectors, combining advisory delivery with data analytics.

You’ll lead client engagements, design as-is and to-be processes, run workshops, develop financial models and asset information artefacts, and help grow our business through strong collaboration and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum of seven years of experience performing similar work with or on behalf of an infrastructure organization.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analytics and whole lifecycle cost analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VBA, etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously and under minimal direction from project teams to develop high-quality deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver asset management transformation projects for clients across transit, power, municipal, ports and real estate sectors.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, identify risks, and ensure governance compliance.
• Conduct business and functional requirements elicitation workshops and develop Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Lead interviews, workshops, and deliverables including reports and presentations.
• Develop financial models and asset information artefacts for client projects.
• Support business development through proposals, bid work, and client presentations.
