Job summary

AMCL, a Turner & Townsend Company, seeks a Data Asset Management Consultant to join our US facilities management practice in New York. You will drive data analytics, build Power BI dashboards, and support asset information programs for public and private clients.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights, optimize data workflows, and contribute to project delivery while adhering to governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a data-related field.
• Experience with asset management principles across asset-intensive sectors.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong skills in Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Understanding of asset lifecycle management and whole-life cost modeling.
• Experience with asset management IT systems and data.
• Excellent governance, risk management, and change management awareness.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into clear metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support data management and analytics for large-scale facilities programs.
• Lead or collaborate with teams to deliver end-to-end asset management projects.
• Consult with clients to improve capabilities in asset management.
• Deliver dashboards and analytics that inform decisions.
• Design and implement ETL processes supporting data integration.
• Communicate insights clearly to clients and team members.
• Prepare formal reports and presentations for stakeholders.
