Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice to lead complex transformation programs for world-class clients. You will guide project execution, shape strategic discussions, and drive delivery across multi-disciplinary teams in a highly collaborative environment.

The role requires senior-level relationship management, business development acumen, and a proven track record in asset management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in asset management or equivalent knowledge.
• Proven program, project, and delivery leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA and/or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives.
• Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to evaluate the business and technology at the strategic level.
• Managing large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
• Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
• Initiating and leading business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients.
• Supporting the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
• Being a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry, bringing original thought and recommendation to industry leaders.
• Business development, interacting with clients and prospects to bring Accenture’s value to client growth and innovation.
