Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
• 10+ years of Asset Management–focused industries or in professional services.
• Minimum of 10 years selling or delivering tax, assurance, and/or consulting services within Asset Management environments.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a client facing pipeline- lead/own/participate in client pursuits (discovery, proposals).
• Represent the firm’s services across the Asset Management ecosystem.
• Demonstrate understanding of fintech and digital platforms to enhance client solutions.
• Develop understanding of fund structures and investment lifecycle.
• Co-Develop a sales plan for the assigned territory and report progress weekly.
• Craft clear, concise value propositions for services and solutions.
• Lead deployment of sales strategies across lines of service and geographies.
• Maintain knowledge of core offerings and position them to influence decision-makers.
• Create and grow relationships with new and existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Account ownership and strategic account management.
• Support deployment of industry systems and drive GTM for the industry.
• Innovate and grow the Asset Management practice through collaboration.
• Monitor trends in fintech and data-driven investing to identify opportunities.
• Maintain CRM compliance and keep an up-to-date pipeline.
