Responsibilities

• Create financial analyses for lease-up and stabilization and advise on concessions, rents, and marketing to meet proforma.
• Manage property and property management activities per underwriting or budget.
• Ensure property managers maintain asset to the highest standard; oversee onsite team and advise on changes.
