Job summary
Basis Industrial in Delray Beach, FL seeks a detail-oriented Analyst or Senior Analyst with hands-on real estate finance experience. The role combines asset management and acquisitions, using Argus, Excel, and Yardi to support valuations, portfolio performance, and investment decisions for small-bay industrial and self-storage assets.
You will work closely with asset managers and senior leadership to deliver accurate financial insights, underwriting materials, and quarterly forecasts, while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in banking, real estate, finance, private equity or asset management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and real estate software (Argus, Yardi).
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze real estate markets and asset performance; prepare projections based on market conditions.
- Maintain asset management models and support quarterly portfolio forecasting and budgeting.
- Assist with underwriting for new lease opportunities and investment opportunities.
- Provide financial analyses to support leasing decisions, CAPEX, and dispositions.
