Qualifications

• Degree in engineering from an accredited four-year program.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of California.
• At least ten years of focused engineering experience, or six years with progressive responsibilities, preferably in wastewater/water utility; four years at Senior Associate Engineer-PE level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Services Group within the Asset Management Unit to support reliability and long-term asset sustainability.
• Conduct engineering studies, failure and root cause analyses, and equipment evaluations.
• Provide technical recommendations and standards supporting capital and maintenance planning.
• Translate operational needs and engineering data into practical, sustainable solutions.
