Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, real estate, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant real estate investment, acquisitions, development, and/or project management experience; MBA/MRED may substitute for experience.
• Strong real estate finance, underwriting, valuation, and cash flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential acquisition, development, and debt opportunities and projections.
• Prepare and maintain valuation models and pro formas.
• Coordinate due diligence documentation and market analyses.
• Support entitlements and construction financing commitments.
• Maintain pro formas throughout investment lifecycle and prepare cash flow projections.
