We are seeking an experienced Asset Integrity and Inspection professional with a strong background in oil & gas facilities, pipelines, terminals, petrochemical assets, or power generation facilities to join our Innovation Services team in Houston, Texas
The successful candidate will combine a deep understanding of inspection, maintenance, and integrity management with the ability to evaluate, qualify and deploy innovative technologies that improve asset performance, reliability, and safety.
At Quasset, we help asset owners improve safety, reliability, and operational performance through the identification and implementation of inspection technologies, robotics, digital workflows, mixed reality, and data-driven integrity management solutions.
This is not a traditional project management role or a purely desk-based engineering position. We are looking for someone with substantial experience in asset integrity and inspection who can combine technical expertise with project ownership and hands-on technology qualification deployment.
In this role, you will work on technical projects focused on improving Asset Integrity Management in the energy and industrial sectors. You will be involved throughout the full project cycle, from understanding client integrity challenges and defining technical requirements to developing project proposals, testing solutions, implementation, and successful delivery.
You will work directly with major international asset owners and operators in the oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
As we grow our Houston office, this role will form an important part of the technical project delivery capability we are building locally, and provides career opportunities to lead our growing team.

- Coordinate internal and external project activities involving clients, technology providers, inspection service providers, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
- Identify technical, operational, and project risks and take appropriate action to keep projects on track.
- Develop project proposals, scopes of work, technical approaches, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Coach and support junior engineers and technical colleagues involved in projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical project execution, engineering practices, and internal knowledge.
