Job summary

Quasset BV is seeking an experienced Asset Integrity and Inspection professional to join our Innovation Services team in Houston, Texas. The role combines deep technical expertise with project ownership to deploy inspection technologies and drive integrity management across energy and industrial assets.

You will lead technical projects, collaborate with owner-operators and technology providers, and guide junior engineers while delivering results in a hybrid, Houston-based environment.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or related sectors.
• Experience in inspection, maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset integrity management.
• Strong communication with owners/operators and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on asset integrity challenges and inspection strategies.
• Evaluate inspection and maintenance requirements for pipelines, pressure equipment, storage tanks, and industrial facilities.
• Support the implementation of risk-based inspection and integrity management approaches.
• Translate client integrity objectives into practical technology deployment projects.
• Participate in client workshops related to inspection planning, integrity management, and maintenance optimization.
• Review inspection data and integrity assessments to identify opportunities for technology implementation.
