Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management, fintech, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Builds and/or executes business initiatives and processes with stakeholders.
• Drives analytics, assessments, and interpretation of data to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Develops strategic and tactical plans to advance business goals.
• Owns and leads the Asset Manager Data Program, including strategy, implementation, and ongoing management.
• Develops and executes the product roadmap for data offerings, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
• Partners with asset managers and senior relationship managers to drive adoption and align product capabilities with needs.
• Oversees onboarding, servicing, and support models to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Manages third-party vendor relationships, including service delivery and entitlements.
• Collaborates with Finance, Technology and Operations to implement data integrations and reporting capabilities.
• Establishes governance around data usage, quality, access, and contractual obligations.
• Works with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Governance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Manages product P&L and profitability analysis.
• Drives continuous improvement through post-launch reviews and AI-enabled tools.
