Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial crime risk/product governance.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable risk insights.
• Deep understanding of risk management frameworks and model governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain EP model risk factor inventory and analyze AML and Fraud data for trends and insights.
• Develop actionable insights from transactional, account, and behavioral data for global investigations.
• Identify data drivers, dependencies, and operational impacts to improve risk detection and compliance.
• Assess automated and manual detection controls and evaluate quality.
• Translate data findings into recommendations to strengthen controls.
• Produce written analysis for auditors and third-party consumption.
• Escalate financial crimes related compliance risks to governance routines.
