Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Business Development Officer to originate asset-based lending facilities for large and middle-market borrowers across the US. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ABL lending, strong credit skills, and FINRA licenses; willingness to travel for in-person meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Direct calling experience at CEO/CFO/MD level.
• Five+ years of experience in asset-based lending (ABL).
• Strong oral, written, and analytical/credit skills.
• Ability to travel for in-person meetings.
• Completion of FINRA 7 and 63 licenses (or completion within 180 days).

Responsibilities

• Originate new asset-based lending credit facilities for customers.
• Acquire profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting.
• Interpret financial and cash-flow statements to assess financial conditions.
• Collaborate with bank partners to deliver ABL solutions.
• Lead dialogues with complex clients on industry and capital structures.
