Qualifications

• BA with 10+ years of experience, or MBA with 7+ years of experience.
• Significant background in equipment finance, asset-based lending, or structured credit.
• Deep expertise in structuring equipment and/or inventory loans.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio activity for equipment loans and leases.
• Create and ensure adherence to all credit policies and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk ratings, and collateral performance.
