Ibis Healthcare is seeking an Assessment Specialist to perform initial reassessments to evaluate clients' needs for mental health, substance abuse, and primary care. You will conduct psychosocial assessments and develop plans for children, adolescents, and adults, ensuring services align with Joint Commission and Medicaid standards.

The role requires a Master's degree in a human services field with 2 years of experience, Florida LMHC/LCSW/LMFT preferred, and familiarity with EMR and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a human services-related field with 2 years of experience.
• Florida License (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred; bilingual a plus.
• Familiarity with Medicaid documentation requirements and DSM.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Aufgaben

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop service plans, treatment plans, and discharge plans.
• Accurate and timely documentation of clinical and administrative services per guidelines (Joint Commission, Medicaid).
• Meets productivity requirements for the designated program through efficient workflow management.
• Maintains cooperative relationships with internal departments and external agencies; informs supervisor of relevant issues.
• Understand Co-Occurring disorders and age-specific client needs; provide oversight in a multidisciplinary team.
• Other duties as assigned per program requirements.
