Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with electromechanical systems/subsystems.
• Ability to read complex engineering layouts with GD&T on drawings.
• Experience with TIG/MIG welding and CNC equipment configuration.
• Knowledge of precision metrology tools and setup.
• Familiarity with integrating power-generation equipment on prototyping lines.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end build, configuration, and teardown of complex power units per schematics.
• Set up diagnostics equipment, establish baseline performance, run test protocols with development engineers.
• Use metrology instruments to inspect components, perform calibrations, and document variances.
• Provide feedback to design team to address structural issues and refine blueprints.
