Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years electronics assembly, including complex builds/repairs.
• Certification or demonstrated knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly and cable builds to support production.
• Troubleshoot defects to maintain quality and throughput.
• Visually inspect at defined steps to identify defects.
• Collaborate with leads, engineers, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to peers.
• Update documentation and training content to maintain standards.
• Influence process changes through subject matter expertise.
• Reduce cost of poor quality by improving repair effectiveness.
