Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor in Maple Grove, MN to lead daily production in a fast-paced HVAC and sheet metal environment. You will oversee shift activities, coach operators, and ensure safety and quality standards while meeting production goals.

This direct-hire, full-time role offers competitive compensation for 1st and 2nd shifts, weekly pay, and a benefits package including health, retirement, and education assistance.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with fabrication, HVAC production, sheet metal, or related processes preferred.

Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Compensation: 1st shift$85,000-$100,000 annually – paid weekly | 2nd shift $85,000-110,000

Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM-1:30 AM | 1st Shift Monday-Thursday (9 hour days) and Friday (4 hour days)
