Responsibilities

• Defines budgets and scheduling; tracks budget achievement and costs.
• Oversees development and implementation of new production technologies and process improvements.
• Manages personnel, machinery, and materials to guarantee on-time delivery and budget compliance.
• Works with departments on development and implementation of production processes.
• Leads area meetings and participates in assembly meetings.
• Ensures safety, quality, quantity, and deadlines of production processes.
