Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering required or equivalence considered.
• 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer or similar in a high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with PFMEAs, Six Sigma, and Poka-Yoke is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate advanced industrial engineering assignments related to design, process improvement, or manufacturing engineering.
• Troubleshoot engineering issues with QC to ensure quality components are manufactured.
• Review progress with various units and evaluate results.
• Develop and suggest changes in assembly processes, designs, and equipment as needed.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
