Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, but experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer or similar in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Prefer working knowledge with PFMEA, Six Sigma, and Poka-Yoke.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate advanced industrial engineering assignments usually associated with design, process improvement, or manufacturing engineering.
• Troubleshoot engineering issues with the Quality Engineer during Assembly to ensure quality components are manufactured.
• Develop and suggest changes in assembly processes, designs, and equipment when necessary.
• Create and maintain process documentation and lead problem-solving activities with cross-functional teams.
