Job summary

Swagelok Southeast Texas seeks a Production Manager, Assembly Solutions to lead fabrication and assembly operations, owning on-time delivery, quality, continuous improvement, scheduling, and technician supervision across the shop floor. Qualifications

• 5+ years in an industrial assembly/manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role with direct reports.
• PMP or equivalent project-management credential a plus.
• Strong manufacturing process improvement capability.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production scheduling and prioritization to optimize delivery, quality, and floor operations.
• Translate booked orders into production schedules and plans in collaboration with sales.
• Supervise technicians and staff to maintain quality, schedule and safety.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks using structured improvement methods (VSM, 5S, kaizen, root-cause analysis).
• Lead cross-functional meetings with sales, engineering, and project management to streamline order-to-production workstreams.
• Ensure ISO/SQS compliance and maintain resources, equipment, and test connections.
