Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring for an Assembler Rework role in Irvine, CA. This contract position lasts 12 months with a 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM shift. The candidate will perform complex rework tasks across civil, electrical, and mechanical domains, ensuring quality and process adherence.

Required are 4 years in industrial manufacturing, QA/QC experience, and ability to follow English manufacturing instructions. Knowledge of electronic sub-assemblies is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 years in industrial manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Has performed process and/or quality system audits.
• Ability to communicate and follow manufacturing process instructions in English.
• Knowledge of electronic sub-assemblies & system integration (1+ year).
• Manual dexterity; 3+ years using mechanical inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex assembly rework with technical initiatives.
• Identify and alert on problems with methods/tools.
• Meet objectives impacting production results.
• Explain processes to production teams in related domains.
• Ensure QN transactions are complete and closed; lift NCs and CARs as needed.
• Coordinate with RMA Team Leaders on quality issue resolution.
• Review manufacturing documentation for discrepancies.
• Maintain build standards and documentation.
• Prepare and distribute quality reports and charts.
