Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring an Assembler Rework in Irvine, CA. This full-time, contract-to-hire position performs manufacturing operations, rework, and final inspection per drawings and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in industrial manufacturing, experience with audits, and the ability to read drawings and use inspection tools. The role supports operators, drives continuous improvement, and requires English communication.

Qualifications

• High School or Technical School graduate.
• 2 years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing process and/or quality system audits.
• Able to read two dimensional drawings for inspection reports.
• Ability to lift up to 15-30 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and use of measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs Manufacturing operations per documentation and time allotted.
• Responsible for complex work and rework at unit and component level.
• Chooses and implements suitable methods, resources and procedures.
• Provides support to the operators.
• Initiates and manages continuous improvement actions in and around the area.
• Performs final inspection duties per drawings, EO(s), and regulatory requirements.
