LANDMARK PAVING LLC is seeking a Roller Operator to safely operate breakdown, rubber tire, and finish rollers to achieve proper asphalt compaction. You will perform daily safety checks, adjust operation for material temperatures, and ensure high-quality finishes across multiple passes.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ asphalt-rolling experience and familiarity with various roller types and equipment controls. This is a hands-on field role within road construction projects.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ asphalt rolling experience.
• Knowledge of Rollers and other heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of construction materials, processes and industry requirements.
• Understanding of computerized controls and electronics.
• 3+ years’ experience in asphalt industry.
• 2+ years’ experience operating Breakdown Rollers, Rubber Tire Rollers and/or Finish Rollers.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the roller and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
• Compact asphalt surfaces with breakdown, rubber tire and finish rollers to required smoothness.
• Adjust speed and direction based on material temperature and compaction needs.
• Operate various rollers (Pad Foot, Smooth Drum) as needed.
• Perform other duties related to road construction as assigned.
