Job summary

RADISE International, LC seeks an Asphalt Plant Inspector to oversee production, conduct standardized tests, verify mix designs, and document results per FDOT standards. The role requires on-site inspections at asphalt plants, coordination with plant operators and project personnel, and occasional off-hours work.

Applicants must have CTQP Asphalt Plant Level II or the ability to obtain it, with 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or technical degree preferred with civil focus.
• Minimum 3 years Asphalt inspection or materials testing.
• FDOT project experience is preferred (roadway/plants).
• Familiarity with AASHTO/ASTM standards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect asphalt plants for FDOT compliance and quality.
• Perform QC/QA tests per FDOT guidelines.
• Collect, test, and document asphalt materials data.
• Coordinate with FDOT, contractors, and engineers.
• Maintain FDOT records and environmental/safety compliance.
