Job summary

Confidential Client in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Asphalt Production Supervisor to lead production and distribution at assigned plants. You will mentor a team, ensure safety and efficiency, and drive toward budgeted targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in asphalt production, strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to travel regionally. This is an on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable experience.
Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
Experience in Asphalt Production.
Proficient with ERP systems (SAP), Google Mail and Microsoft Office Suite.
Local travel throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Attain production and distribution objectives for asphalt plants.
Mentor and manage subordinates to achieve quality and productivity targets.
Conduct OH&S program activities including inspections and investigations.
Meet financial targets and budget objectives.
Coordinate with other functions to maintain safe and efficient facilities and processes.
