The role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience with civil engineering or related fields, and the ability to relocate to New Jersey or New York. You will interact with inspectors and lead a team to achieve cost-efficient targets.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Civil Engineering or 10+ years hands-on experience.
• At least 5 years in an operations leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt plant operations and safety/environmental regulations.
• 100% relocation to New Jersey or New York location.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations and drive a Zero Incidents safety culture.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to keep product and service on point.
• Plan operations around performance and demand, hitting quality targets at best cost.
• Own scheduling, staffing, and maintenance planning.
• Handle daily reporting, cost analysis, and budget input.
