Qualifications

• Valid State of Wisconsin Driving License and satisfactory driving record required.
• 1-2 years of mechanical experience or training preferred.

• Experience with welding/fabrication, and electrical or training preferred.
• Self-Motivated with independent judgment skills to perform work tasks without supervision.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality of work.
• Ability to assess various job site hazards and work safely.

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs on plants and related components.
