Qualifications
Valid State of Wisconsin Driving License and satisfactory driving record required.
1-2 years of mechanical experience or training preferred.
Experience in the construction industry with knowledge of asphalt preferred.
Experience with welding/fabrication, and electrical or training preferred.
Self-Motivated with independent judgment skills to perform work tasks without supervision.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality of work.
Ability to assess various job site hazards and work safely.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs on plants and related components.
