Job summary

ASPHALT INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead asphalt works across one or more projects. You will oversee crews, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with PMs, subcontractors, inspectors, and owners' representatives, reading plans, and enforcing OSHA/MSHA/DOT regulations while maintaining a professional and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of asphalt paving, establishing grade, layout.
• Uncompromising focus on safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA/MSHA/DOT/DEQ).
• Computer literate; Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate asphalt activities, production schedules and estimate work requirements for completion.
• Read plans and specifications and build projects accordingly.
• Coordinate daily with the project manager, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, inspectors, owner’s reps.
