Job summary

Cincinnati Asphalt Co. seeks an experienced Asphalt Manager to oversee all asphalt-related operations, including project planning, crew supervision, equipment coordination, quality control, safety, and client satisfaction.

This leadership position drives productivity and profitability across paving and milling projects, ensuring safety, scheduling, and workmanship meet the highest standards. Travel requirements and overtime may apply based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of asphalt paving and milling experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of paving operations, milling techniques, plant operations, and material specifications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in construction management tools, job costing, and Microsoft Office.
• CDL and/or heavy equipment knowledge preferred.
• Able to work long hours, including nights and weekends as required by the project.
• Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all asphalt paving and milling operations from start to finish.
• Manage and support field crews, foremen, superintendents, and plant operations.
• Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and clients to review project scopes and align resources.
• Ensure work meets or exceeds quality standards, specifications, and deadlines.
