Job summary

Butler Asphalt, LLC is looking for an experienced Construction & Paving Foreman to lead our teams in the Miami Valley. This role focuses on managing grading and asphalt operations, ensuring safety and efficiency on the jobsite.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in construction, a strong understanding of project operations, and a commitment to quality. You will oversee multiple crews and ensure compliance with specifications for diverse projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction grading and/or asphalt paving supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead construction and paving crews.
• Coordinate daily operations and manage project schedules.
• Promote safety policies and maintain documentation.
