Action Asphalt, LLC is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate assigned heavy machinery on outdoor asphalt projects. You will assist with digging, conduit placement and labor tasks, while ensuring equipment is well-maintained and ready for daily use.

Ideal candidates have field experience with utility digging and familiarity with backhoe, excavator, skid-steer, and paver operations. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Field experience with digging operations around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Experience operating utility construction equipment (backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow, track hoe).
• Knowledge of utility construction procedures and print reading.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain assigned heavy equipment safely on job sites.
• Assist with labor tasks such as setup, digging, conduit/duct/cable placement, and pedestals.
• Transport equipment to and around job sites and perform routine maintenance.
• Work in a team to support utilities construction projects and safety procedures.
