Job summary

ScaleFlux is seeking Validation Engineers to join our engineering team in Milpitas to advance breakthrough cloud and data center storage infrastructure. You will contribute to embedded firmware development for enterprise SSD devices and work with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on firmware experience, strong C/C++, and a passion for high-performance storage technologies including PCIe, NVMe, and NAND.

Qualifications

• MSEE or BSEE with 2+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
• Proficient in C/C++ and able to troubleshoot complex embedded systems.
• Experience designing and debugging firmware for storage/SSD devices (PCIe/NVMe/NAND).
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with design team to review specifications, architectures.
• Design and develop firmware features for enterprise SSD devices.
• Build firmware infrastructure for functional debug and performance tuning.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate hardware features at module and system level.
• Validate hardware products from system level and drive debugging to closure.
