Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Technical Program Manager with ASIC design experience to lead cross-functional, multi-site teams delivering ASIC solutions. The role focuses on driving technical execution and business alignment from concept through production across silicon and firmware domains.

The position requires deep technical background, strong stakeholder management, and proven leadership in delivering complex hardware-software products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in ASIC development.
• 2+ years of experience in Program/Product Management or Engineering Management with proven leadership.
• Experience in ASIC design flow (RTL, Synthesis, verification, physical layout).
• Experience in pre-silicon testing with Emulation and FPGA; post-silicon validation.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to translate technical details into strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional infrastructure programs in silicon/Platform software/hardware systems across vendors.
• Drive ASIC development from concept to production with external partners.
• Provide hands-on program management during design, validation, and production release phases.
• Engage with stakeholders to define product development roadmaps.
• Drive program execution to deliver high-quality ASIC solutions.
• Improve cross-team processes and collaboration.
