Insight Global is seeking a Master Scheduler for Advanced Packaging in San Jose, CA. You will own the weekly MPS, coordinating with Foundry and OSAT partners to align front-end and back-end manufacturing into a feasible production plan.

You will design the processes and tools from the ground up, balancing service levels with cost, and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement in a lean, AI-enabled planning environment. A 6+ year background in semiconductors is required.

Formación

• 6+ years in scheduling, materials or production planning in semiconductors.
• Understanding of wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, assembly and testing.
• Experience with outsourced partners (foundries, assembly/test).
• ERP proficiency and planning tools; bachelor degree in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own the weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) across Foundry and OSAT.
• Coordinate procurement of substrates and materials to avoid shortages.
• Track KPIs like on-time delivery, P2P attainment and cycle time.
• Design scalable processes and tools for lean, AI-enabled planning.
