KLA is seeking a Master Scheduler in Milpitas, CA, to drive master production scheduling aligned with factory capacity, materials, and financial goals. The role requires strong analytical skills and partnerships across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

The ideal candidate will lead weekly operational meetings, optimize slot plans, and mentor teams, contributing to long-term business success within the Global Operations group.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Master Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain
• Hands on knowledge in SAP and Power BI
• Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summarized presentations
• Able to build and maintain relationships across cross-functional teams

Responsabilités

• Responsible for proactive master production schedule planning aligning with factory capacity and material availability
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, & Engineering to optimize slot plan efficiency
• Lead weekly GM meetings & Operations meetings to monitor production status
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to position the business for long-term success
• All other duties as assigned
