OpenKrill is seeking a Senior ASIC & FPGA Design Engineer in the United States to lead digital and mixed-signal IC and FPGA development. You will drive architecture, RTL design, verification, and integration using VHDL, Verilog and SystemVerilog in a fully remote contract.

The role emphasizes verification strategy, timing, optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration with systems, firmware, and product teams.

Competenze

• 7+ years in ASIC design and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in VHDL, Verilog or SystemVerilog.

Mansioni

• Lead design, verification, implementation, and integration of ASICs and FPGAs.
• Develop verification strategies, test benches, and coverage models.
• Perform timing analysis and signoff checks, address implementation constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, firmware, and architecture.
• Support lab testing, debugging, and laboratory integration activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance when needed.
