Qualifikationen

• Experience in test planning based on complex design specifications
• Testbench development using System Verilog
• Debugging using DVE/Verdi
• Experience with TCL, Python or Perl

Aufgaben

• Develop test benches and verify comprehensive DFT architecture for ATE screening, in-system test, debugging and diagnostics
• Collaborate with design/verification and PD teams to enable integration and validation of test logic in all phases of implementation
• Contribute to hardware DFT & test strategy for new silicon device models, bare die & stacked die
• Craft solutions and debug efficiently
