Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Verifiable maintenance experience.
• 3-5 years of mechanical experience and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete SAP reporting.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and repair plant systems according to DFA procedures.
• Perform required preventative maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes.
• Participate in plant projects and expansions.
• Follow safety, GMP, HACCP, and all other plant policies and procedures.
• Attend scheduled training sessions.
• Provide communication to all support team members by following proper escalation procedures.
• Back fill team member absences with overtime as required.
• Demonstrate success in tool ownership in a 24 x 7 manufacturing environment.
• Work within budget, while completing timely repairs.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain repairs within departmental budget.
