Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an Aseptic Process Engineer to lead process engineering standards across the North American network.

You will provide technical leadership on aseptic/UHT processing, guide technicians, and design piping for CIP/SIP systems with an emphasis on reliability and efficiency. The role requires 3+ years in process/manufacturing engineering, CPC/FMEA experience, and a strong background in dairy or beverage manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of aseptic processing and dairy tech.
• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD and plant design tools.
• Ability to size equipment and estimate capital costs.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and SOP principles.
• Experience with process troubleshooting and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians and provide technical direction.
• Subject matter expert in UHT/aseptic processing.
• Design piping for utilities and CIP/SIP systems.
• Create and maintain P&ID drawings and engineering documentation.
• Support installation, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate to enhance production line efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Travel up to 20% across North America.
