Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Staff Process Engineer – Aseptic and Beverage with 6+ years in beverage processing and 6+ years in engineering project management. This role focuses on designing CIP systems, leading cost-saving projects, and overseeing new beverage technologies.

Expect extensive travel (80–100%), collaboration with OEMs, and strict FDA compliance. Responsibilities include scoping projects, obtaining vendor quotes, and supporting commissioning, with a strong emphasis on process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years beverage processing or manufacturing experience.
• 6+ years in engineering project management.

Responsibilities

• Design batching and CIP systems for beverage lines (cold/hot fill, aseptic).
• Scope projects and obtain equipment quotes from vendors.
• Lead beverage tech, cost savings, efficiency improvements, and rollouts.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment (UHT, aseptic components).
• Apply PLC programming knowledge and collaborate with OEMs.
• Support installation and commissioning with vendors and ops.
• Maintain FDA/compliance certifications and validations.
• Identify cost savings and develop business plans.
• Travel 10x4 schedule 80–100% (domestic/international).
