Job summary

Central Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance in Austin, TX to lead first-line execution of the organization’s compliance program and drive regulatory change implementation. You will partner with business units and vendors to embed compliance into workflows and ensure remediation actions are completed and validated.

The role requires deep knowledge of ACA, CMS Marketplace requirements, and state insurance regulations, along with strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, law, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare compliance or regulated healthcare environment.
• Working knowledge of ACA, CMS Marketplace requirements, and state insurance regulations.
• Experience supporting regulatory implementation, remediation, or audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned elements of the compliance program in alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor federal and state regulatory guidance and translate changes into actionable steps for business units.
• Own compliance issue intake, documentation, remediation coordination, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with the Senior Manager, Auditing, Monitoring & Vendor Oversight for monitoring and validation.
• Support day-to-day vendor and delegated entity compliance execution and remediation activities.
• Assist in development and delivery of compliance training for employees and vendors.
• Prepare compliance documentation, remediation summaries, and activity reports for leadership.
